Default tilton (or any other twin disk) clutch feedback?

im boosting my h22 pretty seriously and by my calculations it looks like i should seriously consider getting the tilton twin disk (cerametallic, i can't afford the carbon).

is this clutch streetable or not? I'm more than willing to make an effort to learn how to drive it, but if you're at a red light on a steep uphill, can you make it up the damn hill from a stop or not?

thanks everyone.
