Default Tial wastegate question?????

Is it possible to Spin the top of a tial wastegate so the hose barb is in a different location? you can kinda see here that its pretty close to the radiator. Before I go taking it off and ripping the thing apart I just wanted to know if it will work or not.

Thanks.. I just realize you have to take it apart to put stiffer springs in anyway.. Thanks for the input though.
