Ok so I bought a used tial bov the first style and bought an intercooler kit of ebay that is made by sre and is flanged for a tial 50mm bov. Not when I put my bov on the flange it doesn't seem to seat all the way because there is a little gap between the outer edges of the bov and intercooler flange. Is this normal? I was able to put my clamp on but the screw only went in a couple of threads but it was pretty tight. Is this normal? Or is soothing off? Can someone post a pic of how their tial sits? Thanks

 

doesnt sound right, have a picture? did you install the o-ring?
