Throwing codes: IACV and Water Temp Sensor

Throwing codes: IACV and Water Temp Sensor
The motor is b16a2 in a 92 eg. I cracked the ringland so I took the motor out, changed the piston and ring, and put it back in. It started but it idling very very low and then will die. I'm throwing codes for IACV and Water temp sensor?
