Throttle cutting out!!
First here' the build
92 civic hatch
D16z6 turbo
fully built bottom end Eagle rods, SRP pistons bored .10 over, micro polished crank
semi built head Skunk 2 valve springs, valves and retainers, AEM cam gear, Skunk 2 intake manifold, Skunk 2 66mm throttle body
Ram horn turbo manifold, T3/T4 turbo, 3 inch DP to 3inch full SS exhaust
Greddy BOV, Hallman boost controller, Motec 3 bar map
Hondata S300 ECU, AEM Wideband O2
So the engine idles and revs fine but when I put in 1st gear and start moving and give it gas the throttle cuts out and comes back continuously, cuts out comes back cuts out and comes back.
Could it be a bad TPS

Re: Throttle cutting out!!
If it's not tuned properly it'll do that. Also if tps isn't calibrated it will also jerk like that. I've also tuned a car with the tps wiring crossed it read 100% when closed and 0% fully open. While tuning we had to not completly floor the car. We were street tuning and had no tools to fix the issue.

Re: Throttle cutting out!!
I have run ino this before as well....after changing the throttle body. There was not enough mechanical adjustment to remedy the problem by moving the sensor. thank god for hondata! Definatly is tough to drive, low rpm/low load when it starts hitting fuel cut before the throttle body is closed.
