65mm is the largest you can get unless u get your intake mani bored out.

OP- im only assuming your running 2.5 inch cold side charge piping atleast which measures at 63.5mm according to a calculator. Anything bigger than that should be considered because otherwise a body neck is being created from going from piping that is 63.5mm and decreasing to 60mm as stated... while its not a major issues i would consider sending your throttle body to maxbore.com for their boring services. A cheaper alternative while still avoiding any possibilities of "sticking".

delsolmarine-i see what u mean..pretty much i need to stay in the size range thats the size of my cold side(which is 2.5).. i might just get a 65mm since thats the biggest size u can run on a blox im with out port matching..i can get one pretty cheap.

I would go with a slightly bigger size than your charge pipe.

had my car back on the dyno with a skunk2 68mm, the shaft wasn't sealing, creating a boost leak.
We threw on an OEM s2k TB and it made identical power.

It's roughly 62mm and is plug and play. Took about 5 minutes to put it on, there is no idle screw though. I can compensate through Hondata.
