Any recommendations?

Recommendations for other possible fixes or another throttle body? Personally I got mine on eBay, I know that sounds bad but it works just as good as any other and it was like $75, it doesn't come with a new map or tps but I'm assuming you have those already. I have pics of it in my profile, it's a 70mm.

Take a sharpie and mark the areas where the plate IS making contact with the bore. Take the plate out, and sand those areas down. Re insert plate and repeat until there is no light shining through. Then, take it out one more time and round all the edges all around the plate.

Yeah...it does work well though, I've been using it for almost 10k now with no issues besides having to lube the spring and adding loctite to the idle screw, both of those I should out of common sense to begin with. My main reasoning behind getting an "eBay part" was that there are no throttle body upgrades for the c27 engine, so then I did a ton of reading and found that supposedly the f series interchanged with mine and that the h22 tb fit the f series so I ordered a 70mm for the h22 and it bolted up and then I port-matched the IM and made my own gasket. I was more willing to risk $75 than 1-200 for a name brand part that may not fit, but in the end it works great and it has a nice finish so there was no need for paint. I'm in no way pushing ebay parts on you, I just feel this part was worth every penny.
