What does this mean or intale. Whats wrong with my car?

Check your cat, it might be loose.

Dont have one and i converted my civic si to obd1. i have a test pipe.

If you are OBD1 i dont even think that you can even throw that code. What Ecu you on? All obd1 cars run the O2 sensor in front of the cat, so i dont even know how the hell it could even throw a code such as that, lol. Pull Ecu fuse and reset it, see what happens. might be some bogus *** glitch, ive had that happen to a freind before.
