Threaded IAT sensor compatible with B16A?
Does anyone know if Honda/Acura threaded IAT sensors would be compatible with my 99 Si? I'd like to just weld an aluminum bung on the intake and thread it in for a clean install. I think falconGSR did it with a GM sensor, but he has AEM EMS to adjust the voltage. Where would I look to find the differences between Honda's sensors?

On the 99-00 Civic Si, the IAT is located in the rubber intake boot.
Yes, you can use an OBD1 style IAT sensor with no problems.

Thanks, sgT! This link has a picture of a '95 Civic intake manifold, but the picture is pretty bad. It looks like the sensor bolts on, though. I'm looking at part #11 here:

Am I looking at the right part?

yeah its #11 in that pic. all Honda/Acura IAT's are the same and will work in any other Honda/Acura. 2 screws hold it on.
