Re: thought i would post some pics of a turbo EG we did this past week (RiceRocket12s)
I got a question .... and I'm not trying to make fun of anyone or anything, I'm just curious:
Wouldn't it be easier to use a grinder or cut a pipe on a workbench, rather than on a leg?
If the item is shooting sparks everywhere, would the goggles do more good over the eyes, rather than on top of the head?
If the install was at like... 3am... I could see people getting sleepy, but damn, saftey first!

i was gonna say the same thing... too many times i catch myself grinding/cutting something with goggles on my head and not on my eyes... i guess i would have learned by now the amount of stuff iv gotten in my eyes! i know im bein a hypocrite as i should do this... but ALWAYS wear eye protection with any kind of grinding/cutting...

Dang, two people beat me to it. Man, that is crazy, why the hell would you cut anything on your leg? He must be good, won't slip and doesn't get anything in his eyes. Man that is crazy. I do that all the time and wouldn't want to try it on my leg. haha, just picking. Hell of a nice setup though.

Re: (Turbocivic94)
Ok I am the owner of the car. The car runs really well with just an Fmu its really unbeliveable but there are plenty of people who road in it that will vouch. So to all the haters i'm proving once again an Fmu is good for under 10 Psi
The set up is the following...
Crp Manifold, downpipe, and intercooler piping. (never buy intercooler piping from this guy,it fits horrible)
garrett T3 turbo
turbonetics evolution wastegate
greddy Bov
Vortech Fmu
JohnnyRaceCar Intercooler
I find it very funny almost my whole set up everyone on here talks **** about those parts. Well I bought them any they work great! Thanks for everyone that helped!!!And it only cost me $1700.00
Kyle and Jeff are great for dealing with my **** for 3 days

no, i was cutting, but doing it very slowly, due to the fact that we have no workbench
