For those with fuel sumps.
I'm geting ready to sump my tank but I still haven't decided on what fuel pump to run. I need some advise from those who have done this. I have seen many people running the Aermotive a1000 and eliminator but both of these pumps are gravity fed and I don't like the idea the pump hanging so low, What other options are working out for you guys making higher hp? I have been researching the Magnaflow and BG's but I haven't heard anything from all the Honda guys, and I'm still not sure it they are a puller or not. Really I just want to stay away from the 1000.00 weldons.
Let me know what is working out for all of you.
Thanks

I'll take a picture of it on the ground. I don't have one right now but the pump sits pretty even with the bottom of the sump. Full-Race sump by the way, some other sumps stick way down. Another refrence point would be the body of the fuel pump sits no more than 2" from the lower control arm inner mount that doesn't change when it's on the ground). At least from the pictures I have thats what it looks like. I will confirm tomorrow with more pics.

Re: (utahbmx)
you can run the external bosch pump that stan @ fast-turbo sells and not have to put a sump on the tank but still be able to push upwards of 800whp. that's what i'm doing, its a puller pump, so doesn't have to be gravity feed, just make a tube in stock location and let it suck out the fuel.

More like what Scott and I put on that car...
You guys dyno on high boost yet? Curious to see what it puts down. You should have no problem with 9s... 11.0 @ 13lbs leaves a lot of room for improvement!

Re: (Kataku2K3)
Here's a better view of the way we mounted the pump/sump and ran the line... Gets kind of spendy though. The pump, sump, lines, and fittings ran us ~$1700 (not including rail, injectors, and Mag FPR). If only we would have decided to use kevlar!
