am looking for more whp with out spending a lot more money
my set is
h23 with 10.2:1comp
stock head with mild p&p
hondata 3bar map
756cc injectors
MSD 6al
255 fuel pump with stock fuel lines

with a t3/t04e 57trim
drag 2 manifold
piping is kinda bad its 2in from the turbo to the intercooler and 2 1/4 from the intercooler to the TB

last weekend my turbo maxed out at 18psi in 2nd and 20psi in 3rd and so on
i unhooked the wastegate and that's all i was getting

what could this be the i need a bigger turbo? bigger intercooler piping? or new manifold? am going to change one soon but i dont know what to look in to first

i kinda feel a lose in power in high end to most in a good load gear like 4th

my dyno shop(abacus va beach) said he think its my manifold
