Default Turbo y5

So based off the title thats im currently trying to do. I already have my t3/t4 turbo and manifold. But here is where my question lies. I only want to run about 3-5 psi of turbo once everything is installed. So will I need everything that normally comes with installing a turbo i.e. intercooler, bigger injectors, fuel pump, etc. I have been looking around on the forums and some say they run stock injectors and no intercooler but never returned to the forum to show results of this. And this is my daily driver so I dont plan on spooling a lot. Just something to have when i want to have some fun every now and then.

Its all in the tuning. You might be able to get away with running the original injectors and no intercooler at that low of boost. You will probably want to do a full tune up first. New plugs/wires/fuel filter etc, maybe upgrade to a walbro 255 pump, install everything, take it to the dyno and slowly raise the boost until your injectors hit 80% duty cycle (or what ever your tuner determines as safe) and call it a day. Whether that is 2psi, 5psi or 7psi, will just have to be found on the dyno. With a healthy engine, proper waste gate spring, quality electronic boost controller, a hondata s300 (or something similar) and a competent tuner, this could possibly be a safe and fun set up. You should probably send your injectors out to be serviced/ultrasonic cleaned first, to make sure that they are up to the task....
