Default think this fmic will still function well?

I might be able to pick this up locally for 50, but I wanna make sure with you guys that it'll still function properly and the dent won't cause any boost leaks or anything. what do you think?

yikes! did you buy that? $50? you can get a starion fmic for around that price. do not buy that!

That thing is rough.. make sure it is sealed.. if it is you will be ok.. Hold you hand over one end and blow into the other.. it should not leak.

Honestly man, how the hell are we supposed to know if its going to leak? My guess would be no, but you need to have it tested.

Ghetto way to test for leaks: Seal one end, and fill the IC with water. Look for wet spots.

Personally, i would buy it if i knew it didnt leak. Barely worth $50 though.

you would be better off with a DSM sidemount of somethign for $50 bucks...there becomes a point when a junkyard kit becomes too "junkyard"...
