thats a T4 exhaust housing.

Yes, that is a NORMAL housing. The inlet is T4 and the outlet is "on center T4". "On Center" housings are also called diesel housings since they are most commonly used on diesel setups.

Normal housings are:
on center
divided
undivided
Tang (V Band)
Garrett 4 bolts are common in the US now but been available overseas for 5+ years.

Abnormal are:
Dual V-band
A45 series V-band clamp for center section
Diesel T4 flanged that uses a T3 blade (I have an AR.81 undivided if you need pics)
