It looks like they've rotated, very odd. I wouldn't run that motor.

Can sleeves rotate, I mean they are installed with interference fittings so they shouldnt rotate. Can be that they werent installed 100% straight.

Why did you delete the post? I was interested to see what the sleeves looked like.

I had a GE sleeved d-series block with twisted sleeves before. Having the sleeves rotate is not uncommon with d-blocks. It didn't cause any problems. I'm not exactly sure what makes them twist though. I know they were straight when they were installed.

I've seen the pictures earlier the bores in the pictures look oddly distorted very strange.
