is there going to be a huge difference?
im doing my first turbo build and already have a 2g DSM T25. I got it for a really good deal, but just found a 1g DSM 14b.... i know the 14b can make more power, but with a power goal of 215-225 on stock internals, would the T25 work alright? Or should i ask, which is going to give me the best production at 10psi?

In his case yes but in general that is not true. Running a large turbo below its efficiency range won't yield good numbers.
