The ONLY person I remember posting there set up with that is Matt Van Wie from One *** back in the day before or while he was scamming everyone! He had a PT71GTQ but had a problem and a PT72GTQ I think then he switched to a PT70GTS
I think he did well with that turbo power wise like 780whp, st00pid Jason or Flamenco-T Stan may be able to shed light on that
