Is there anything I can use as a temporary down pipe?
the guy who sold me the turbo/mani/etc. just cut off the downpipe about 6" below the snail. I just need a temporary fix for about 3 days till I can take it to the shop to have a pipe made and welded.
Otherwise, it's gonna be LLLOOOOUUUUUUDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!

I suppose you could go to an autoparts store and pick up some of that flexible exhaust piping and use that...
If I were you I would wait to put the turbo stuff on until I could complete the whole job and not have to stop for a few days before I am done. Plus, things don't always go as planned so I like to wait until there is a time I can be without my car for a few days.

See, I got the cash and got the time. Just being on the shops time is what's going to screw me. I'm putting the **** together at my place so that all the shop's gotta do is make/install dp and dyno tune.
