Default Teflon Tape or Paste?

Ok...real straight forward...what do you prefer for sealing things...teflon tape or teflon paste?

From the domestic heads i talk to, they swear by paste. the possibility that the tape breaks off and cloggs something is very bad.

yes, having tape in an n2o filter will cause serious issues.

Yup. Paste is a lot safer. Last thing you need is teflon tape flaking off and clogging your fuel solenoid (on a wet setup).

can't crumbs of paste get in there too? They don't seem to dissolve so easily.
