TD05-12B for an accord?

Can anyone tell me if a td05-12b would work with an f23a1 accord? Im looking to run like 5-8 lbs, nothing too extreme.

it would work, but why, that is a very small turbo, just when you start to have some fun, the power dies out

Yea, the reason i ask is because i just got one for free. I think that its headed toward a project civic or something, maybe like a t3/t4oe for the accord.
