Default TAnabe racing medallion?

Is the flow on the racing medallion good on turbo r? or n1 exhaust?

most people would say thermal 3". but do a search on it, there was a topic that went into alot of detail about this not too long ago.

as long as you are pushing low boost, then those would work fine. higher boost app's you need to start using 3" exhaust. in any case, make sure you have a decent downpipe (2.5" is good). you aren't going to want a bigger downpipe than your exhaust.
