Default t3t04e downpipe flange question

can i use a regular t3/t4 flange, or do i need the t3t04e flange with 2 exhaust holes? my t3 flange has only one hole.....?

is your turbo internally gated?? IF no, then you dont need that 5 bolt flange with the extra hole....how many bolt is your exhaust side??

5 bolt exhaust side externaly gated. cool i am glad i dont have to waste money on another flange.
