What's the next size under the .48 housing? and does anyone know if these came on any production cars? thanks

Why would you want something SMALLER than a .48? And no, there isn't any on a T3. You probably need to get a smaller turbo.. like a 16g or 14g. Your cars (Integras) do just fine even with .63 A/R exhaust housings (Drag turbos).

It's not for my Integra. I'm going to do a twin turbo setup on my 3sgte Corolla. I need to get two T3 40 trims but I'm afraid it might lag to badly with a .48 housing. Hmm, I guess I'll just have to put nitrous on it or something, MUHAHAHAHA.
Actually there is one that's smaller. It's a .36. That's it, I think it's time. Now does anyone know if there are any production vehicles that came with these small exhaust housings? what about old Saab's didnt they have small T3's on them.

Alright, what's the next size bigger than the .6? (.63)? I've also read that rally cars inject fuel into the exhaust manifold somehow and retard timing to reduce lag by exploding the fuel in the manifold before the turbine when the throttle is opened...... It may be just between shifts, though......

I know for sure that there is a .36 T3 housing, I believe there is even a .42 not sure what car though.....here this might help http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/S.../jy-turbos.htm
G, I think what your talking about is called Anti-Lag. That's real hard on your manifold and turbo though. I dont even know if stainless steel will hold up to that. you might need something better like Inconel or something. I think I've decided I'm just gonna try it with the .48. if it's to big I can buy the smaller .36's from somewhere.
