Default t3 t4 .63 vs .48 exhaust housing physical size

Ok so I bought a block turbo manifold and a spooling performance down pipe with recirculate dumptube. So I had 2 turbos laying around and wanted to mock it up. First a turbonetics 50 trim with .48 exhaust housing such lined up perfect with everything. Next I had a godspeed 60-1turbo with I believe a .63 but it was to big for the downpipes to line up with it and the wastegate dumptube was also not lining up. I plan on using a garret 60 trim with also a 5 bolt exhaust and a .63 exhaust housing. But scared it wont work. Is the a physical difference in size between a .63 exhaust housing and a .48

It depends. There is a larger difference between a .48A/R T31 housing and a "Godspeed" possibly .82A/R in the size of the volute. Not so much between a .48 and a .63A/R. You need the ACTUAL turbo you're deciding to use from more closely related companies to determine whether or not it will fit. Godspeed Turbine housings, from my experience are much bulkier than any T31 4bolt turbine housing. Now if you're talking about a 5 bolt Ford-style housing.. It's anyone's guess.

Best bet is to use the turbine housing you plan to use for the turbo of the same size volute and go from there. You're already using mixed /matched parts of manifold and downpipe from different companies., that's more than likely why you're having issues.

Yes im talking about the ford 5 bolt. And actually the spooling performance sown pipe is made for this manifold. Well I guess ill order a t3 t4 57with trim and cross my fingers that the. 63 ar fits
