T3 to 16G adapter?

I've searched H-T and google and came up with nothing for an adapter that will make a 16G turbo fit a T3 manifold

I'm in Orange (two hours away from Houston), so I couldn't stop by.

Anybody know of any manufacturers online? SOMEBODY on here mentioned it.
