Well I really don't know what the HKS manifold flange looks like so here is a picture of the turbo exhaust flange from Forcedperformance's website...

is that the T28 from the silvia or the pulsar sir? don't he look identical? (not sure)
***** is HKS manifold is "standard" t25 flang then would it work with this turbo or not even though this has a circular flang.

That is the DSM T-25 modded to be a T-28

The HKS manifold will NOT work.

Yup...the JDM T28 that uses that standard Garrett flange looks like this:



This is the T28 from the S14/S15 Silvia.
