Wondering about this as i'm about to buy a new turbo...
is the ball bearing t28 that much better than the t28 bush bearing or non ball bearing t28??and is the ball bearing capable of a lot more whp?

There is a brief explanation at the bottom of the page between journal and ball bearing turbos. It's not that technical, but it gets the point across.

t28 is a t28 you will max it out pretty quick with a Honda motor. SHould be good for a fun street car that spools instantly. get the bushing one and save the money for when you want a bigger turbo, that will be inevitable

Great article. I'm new to Honda and need to turbo a H22. I'm almost clueless... Always been a rotary guy and loved the stock turbos so never read up on turbo tech.

I can't post to contribute and I can't ask questions without sounding like a moron and having people say "SEARCH", it is your friend nobe. LOL Slowly getting there.

Ya I don't like this search bar. You can't specify what category you want to search under. Ya there are a lot of good websites you can find with a lot of good information. Garrett has a good website for info. You can message me if you have any "noob" questions.

best way to search is just google what your looking for. the h-t search thing is useless.
