Default t25 > 15g?

Is a second generation Eclipse turbo bigger than the one that comes with the D series GReddy kit?

What did the 19t come from? Does it have the t2 flange?

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by moops vs moors &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">15g and 19t both were originally made for 2.5L 4 cyl saabs and volvos, the 3000gt also uses 2 TD04s that are very similar to the 15g that Greddy uses.

The 96-00 Greddy D series kit comes with a 19t which is the same as the 15g but with a higher flowing compressor wheel that will make about 30 more horsepower at the same efficiency range as the 15g.

15g and 19t are MHI turbos while the T25 is a Garrett so the footprints are not the same...but an 18g that came on the B series Greddy kits will fit the D series manifold if you add a spacer to the head flange of the manifold to space it out from the block.

IMHO the 19t is a perfect turbo for maxing out a stock internal D series for a street car.</TD></TR></TABLE>

Where would I get such spacer that you speak of above?

Is the 18g &gt; 19t?

How hard is it to find either of those two turbos? I want to upgrade b/c the 15g that I have on my Y8 is too small, I think. Boost falls off pretty badly after 4800 rpms.

i found a big *** list of turbos and their flow rates and such. i think it would answer a lot of questions regarding "which turbo is &gt; than this turbo"
