surging!!!!!!! DISTRESS
ok well. im boosted. running a turbo from mitsubishi 4g93t and vr4 injectors. went to tune my emanage but damn it was a bad day. idle at warm up is like real low. 500s thereabt. it has minor jerks at idle. like those with high cams kinda feel. the tuner says there something wrong with my turbo. it starts to spool at 2.5k rpm there abouts and suddenly onset off boost up to 19psi at 4krpm. what could have happened? he says the boost cant be control. that aside. when moving off from low gears. the car jerks as well. somewhat like im feeding fuel intermittently. This last through ard 3krpm for all the gears. The weird thing is... my car stalls WHENEVER I WANNA DOWNSHIFT FROM 5TH GEAR....clutch in... the car stalls! DISTRESS!

Re: surging!!!!!!! DISTRESS (jacky599r)
im not trying to be a jack *** or anything, but the whole problem with the jerking is the Fuel management. get rid of the Greddy emanage and either put a stand alone ecu in the car ex: Motec, AEM, SDS, etc / or haver your stock ecu chiped and tuned with crome, hondata, etc.
as for the boost spiking, i probably would contribue that (assuming that you are still using the stock internal wastegate) to a bent wastegate actuator rod. or a worn out diaphram in the wastegate in itself.
