Yeah so I just have to give more credit were it is due. You cannot say enough about his skills... I did not have to do a thing or make ANY changes since my last tune, needless to say I am VERY impressed.
SuprDave, you rock!!!
So on to the details. I hate this crap, like every but I decided to get my emissions testing out of the way, and figured it was going to be like the typical turbo honda setup with no converter/ egr blocked off.
I go in and they proceed to the test after the basic questions and gas cap test. Pull my car forward and start sampling the exhaust for emissions output.
10 seconds later they are pulling my car forward and giving me my sticker/ analysis breakdown of the test.
So I PASSED with flying colors (on my first try)... **** it blew cleaner than a normal 11 year old f22 accord on its best day!!!!!!! WOOOHOOOO, man I was sooo happy I damn near jumped through the sunroof of my car on the ride home.
-HC limit was 220 (low speed)/ 220 (high speed) part per million... my output was 76/ 46
-NOx limit was 1.20 (low speed)/ 1.20 (high speed)... my ouput was .13/ .16
SuprDave @ whipfactory > Clean Air Program.
(this is not to mention the power he managed to get out of my f22b1 with this tune)

thats awesome, you know whats funny is if you go and look at the emmisions charts of like the new charger and other "high performance" cars they are damn near failing from the factory. Like in the 86th percentile, and here your 11 year old boosted honda can pass with ease. 2 thumbs up for dave

Yeah no kidding, unfortunately obdII cars get much less testing around here cause tons of people who just purchased newer car like that bitched about how badly they test right from off the dealer lots. I mean I can understand their frustration since they are so new and all but whatever... I get no breaks like this so blah, they suck.
Of course now they just plug in to the diagonistic port and check for codes on them... if nothing is out of spec. they pass... it is BS (imo, but I am biased cause I am obd1). If they do throw the sniffer on them, it is amazing how dirty they blow for new cars.
I loved it today though, my modified honda putting out 3x the power of stock, without catalytic converter, and the egr blocked off had NO problems passing the testing. The old girl did me proud.
What was kinda funny was a late 80's vette behind me with no mods (talked to the guy while we were waiting)... failed miserably. Muhahahaha... it was great.

Bad *** and good to here. What's it tuned on and do you run in closed loop while not under boost?
I did the same thing with my car here. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1305346. I also passed with flying colors. Funny to see how conservative stock cars are tuned .
edit: Stock cars are tuned

Thanks, got to love passing emissions... glad to see you had a similar experience, emissions testing what.
I am on a hondata s200b and a p28... although I would not mind going to the s300 if I get the chance (and find a good deal).

from what i have seen emissions arent too hard to pass as long as its not obd2... i have a couple customers in MA that get emissions tested on a dyno.. all of em pass with no problem.. 3inch turbo back, no cat. nothing better than 400hp on pump while passing emissions
but.. here in NC they stoped emissions testing on pre obd2 cars

I used to hate being OBD2, but after passing "emissions" testing by a simple computer check I <3 OBD2!!

In a way it isnt... but in a way it is... like our state is qualified as having "california emission specifications" but we dont do the dyno testing.. but we have to have an inspection sticker on our vehicles once a year... but instead of doing the dyno test stuff... they just do a complete inspection of the car on a lift.. like checking ball joints and everything.. and if anytyhing isnt stock (exhaust's and that type of thing) we cant pass... even coil overs and lowering springs arent legal!!! so needless to say i have 4 convictions for driving without an inspection sticker
