Default Supertech Valve identification help

bought a motor from a guy on honda-tech that claims this head has all supertech valvetrain. The retainers are supertech but when i took the head off i was curious to the stamping on the exhaust valve. I am going to be messing with seat pressure and different cams so i want to be sure the valves are legit. Does anyone know
1. how to tell a supertech valve from other valves
2.what the "f" stamping on the exhaust side stands for or what the valve is out of.

any information will help, thank you

The exhaust valves with the F are OEM. And I would bet the intakes are too. Supertech intake valves would have a black nitrided stem.

Is that fuel or oil on the exhaust chamber?

Thank you very much, i figured because i had supertechs before but they were high compression(flat) so wasnt sure about markings or identifications.

im with muckman on this.

if for whatever reason they do turn out to be supertech intake valves , get rid of them. the failure rate and poor history of them is too great to take a chance with in my opinion
