Default Supercharging the D16Y7

I plan on getting a JRSC for my car and was wondering what all I need to do to prepare my car for supercharging. My internals are stock and this is everything I have done to the car so far:
98 Honda Civic Dx
D16Y7 sohc non-vtec
Automatic
Bullfrog head package
Greddy Evo full cat back
AEM CAI, FPR, Fuel Rail, Fuel Filter, Cam Gear and Underdrive Pullies
BBK Fuel Pump
MSD wires and Accel plugs
I know I will have to change back to the stock pullies to use the supercharger, but is there anything else that I should do?
Also, I think the Bullfrog head raised my compression, would it be ok to run the supercharger like this until I replace my internals?

be caurefull cause if your compression is up there is more of a chance of hurting stuff under boost without good tuning. But if you have a good way to tune then you should be fine
