Default Supercharger Help Needed

I bought this civic hatch, supercharged d16z6. its a stock motor. the belt on the supercharger looks worn, the guy who owned the car before me kinda neglected the car. Im trying to get maximum preformance out of it, and need some input.

This is what I have done so far:
Walbro 255 fuel pump
RC 370 injectors

I am going to get it chipped on chrome and tuned

what else should I do to maximize preformance without spending a lot of money?

Do I need an aftermarket fuel rail, or will the stock d series hold the hp?

How do I find out the size of my pulleys?

any advice is appreciated

thanks

Get chrome/hondata/ubberdata throw out the JR electronics, replace the worn belt, read the JRSC threads here, and measure your pulleys...

You will not need the Map controller or the FMU if you get standalone tuned. For max performance you will want to get rid of those ASAP. They work but they are not going to give you the best driveability or power. Also...how much boost are you running? What header/intake/exhaust are you using?

i hooked up a boost gauge, but Im not sure which vacum port to hook it up to. I have it on the throttle body and it only read vacum, not boost. It has an ebay 4 - 1 header, the jrsc manifold, the exhaust is a flowmaster.

Should I just run the fuel lines straight to the fpr??

also i just got my car running, but it doesn't run too good. Is that because the ecu is not chipped for the fuel pump and injectors??

Thanks

WOW! uuhh...for starters if you are running large injectors and a big fuel pump on a stock ecu you will be running rich cause you are dumping fuel in this thing. To run a base setup you need stock injectors/FMU/map controller or relay. To get your car to work right you need to take this thing to someone who knows a little more about these kinda systems. I would find a Honda FI guy ASAP. FYI: your boost gauge needs to see manifold vacuum/boost. The JR supercharger does not make boost near the TB.

if I sent my ecu in to get chipped for the injectors and fuel pump would that work???

or will I need to take those off to read the fuel pressure and idle rpms?

read this whole thread, it may take you a very long time, but you will be far better for it. i read the whole thing, collected the parts that i knew i needed for the job along the way, and then when i finished it and had a good grasp of what i was getting into, i slapped it on. no belt issues, no detonation, no prolbems whatsoever. the car runs like a dream and its because i took the time to learn before i started changin stuff
