what do you guys think about me Supercharging my stock 98 Spec Type R Motor? suggestions??? Jackson Racing Supercharger?

if u want just a little push, while keeping it smog legal it s a good option
-and water injection will help alot...........

how much PUSH am i looking at with a good tune? smog isnt a issue lol but ya. how much could a i find one on the streets. i got a budget

if you don t car about smog
don t waste your time on a supercharger
on a budget do a cheap ebay turbo kit.......
find a good tuner you can do 300whp on 91 with an ebay kit.............

im kinda iffy on boosting. in terms of maintenance and i dont want to harm my motor

wtf a supercharging is boosting

here s a couple (waste of money on a supercharger) it can barely beat a 12.9 all motor h.....lol...

Look i say go supercharger cuz maybe down the line u would want to get it legalized and its much easier.

depends on the deal you get

if you can get the supercharger with injectors for $1200-1400 you could be in it maybe $1800 tuned which is less than a quality turbo setup. then again this is also used supercharger prices vs new turbo prices

however, you won't make turbo power, probably will get less mpg since boost comes on so easy and will have a hard time with intake temps if you road race.

BUT

if you just do autocross these jacksons can be the ****. instant boost and off you go
