Default Supercharge? or Turbo?

hey guyz I need some opinions I have about $3000 cash to spend right now im fully stock i wanna start off either turbo or supercharge.. i don't wanna fix it up tooooo much cuz this is just gona be for some driving around im gonna build another car after this better.. i wanna have some power but im not gonna build this into like a 12 second car lol so should i get a Jackson Racing super charger? or stick with getting like a DRAG or Greddy turbo for D16Y8 engine?

b18b swap..(maybe a little extra $$ left over for a turbo), otherwise...greddy turbo kit for 92-95 SOHC is your friend! (with FMIC, + hondata, bov, and avcr)

If you dont wanna spend a lotta money and not worry much about maintainance.. I'd go with the JRSC. Its an easy/cheap upgrade and install (get a used one for $1500 or so in good condition) and you'll see nice gains from it. A used one should be considerably cheaper then a turbo, and you can spend the money you save on bolt ons or fuel/ignition upgrades. Thats my .02

There are about a thousand threads about this argument. If you are going to spend 3K then you shoud be reading them. Do a search.

IMO the jrsc is the choice for a low boost. If you are going over 10 psi then go turbo.
