Is this ***** to big for my ROVA

Here is the spec of a turbo i plan to run on my b16, will be stock internals to start with.
T3/T04E
.46 TRIM COMPRESSOR
STAGE 3 TURBINE!
.63 A/R COMPRESSOR
360 DEGREE THRUST BEARING
EXHUST TURBINE HOUSING IS CERAMIC COATED
3" INLET
2.25" ON THE EXHAUST SIDE

Im gonna maybe buy that spec, just wanted opinions, shame the exchage rate is falling, below 1.8$ to the £ now
Im gonna be running on Optimax or Super unleaded, both are about 98 RON and was looking at figures about 270bhp before i plan to go higher and add forged pistons.
Ive been tryng to work on compressor maps. at 8000rpm with a flow rate of about 22CFM based on araound 260bhp and a pressure ratio of 1.6.
Seems quite good, although im worried that if i make the boost at about 4000rpm (11CFM) im operating very close to teh surge limit of the compressor.
