I have a stock B16A2 right now and im about to throw on the turbo and tune next week. I have a set of CTR cams int/exh. What should i use? I dont want to have to dyno with B16 cams then later on take out the cams, put CTR's in dyno again. If i lose power, then ill have to swap again. With whatever i choose, ill have to stay with 0,0 on the cam settings because i dont have any moon cuts or opening to adjust while dynoing. What do you suggest?

 

put the ctrs in they are tried and true just look up I think it was boostfed who gained tons of power switching from b16 cams to ctrs.

yeah i saw that.. but damn he's got 600whp! im only wanting 300. Did he tune out the overlap that CTR's have? i dont know. All i do know is that i have no way of adjusting my cam gears unless i pull off the valve cover. So 0,0 is all i got to work with. Its either Si or CTR's.

 

also, its not that hard to borrow someone elses valve cover on your tuning day. Alot of tuners have them around the shop too.

use the ctr's dont bother with the stocks.
