Expletive!

Ok well..long time ago i bought a BOV (And i dont remember what kind) for my TurboII RX7..It came with a seprate flange..what im trying to see is..what company made Blof off valve flanges in sort of a blue wrinkled paint..im thinking it was greddy cause they used to like doing that blue wrinkle paint thing..Thanks for anyone that can clarify this for me..just trying to gather things up and see whats useful. Thanks!
