22x8x13 will hook better because there is more wall to the slick. I run the 22x8x15's because nothing smaller will clear my brakes

depends on how much power youre making...
I have a turbo b16 and ill be running 24.5x8x13's...
Those should turn like 1.7-1.9 60' times. It all depends on how much power you'll be making. I think 22x8x13 will be too small..

Re: street tune or dyno tune HONDATA?---size slicks? (Diego Boost)
Dyno'ing wont give you a super smooth power band, that only partial throttle street tuning can. I always street tune my partial throttle/wot throttle maps with no boost (i.e remove wastegate spring). Once I get to the dyno I tune the boosted maps only on the dyno.
I run a 24.5x15x8 slick. 13'' are to small IMO. When and if I get another set of slicks, I'll be getting 26x8x15.

I recommed doing all your tunning on the street - that 's where you drive it, not on the dyno. After doing your street tune I would stick it on the dyno to find the torque curve crossover points in order to set your vtec point.
