Default stock block question

i got a 94 rs b18b1 164k dosent burn oil and runs pretty damn strong ,i was wonderin how much boost i could run on it without shoting a rod through the block and what kind of whp and tq can i get safely[stats say 8psi safe on stock engine]but what about the mileage i do have exedy stage 1,mls head gasket,arp head studs,that should hold a litlle bit of bost right?

do compression and leakdown tests. if those come out good, boost away. you can make 200whp and blow it. or you can make 300whp and be safe. it's all in the components used and the quality of the tune.

what numbers WOULD i liaek to see on a compresion test and what about the leack down just want some heads up before i go to the mechanic unles i can do those tests my self if someone would help me ill be thankful
