So I came across a b16a2 with 80k and I been itching for boost !

Here are my plans hp goals are 350+
Set up would consist of :
Bone stock b16a
Inlinepro log mani cast ( or suggest plz)
Garrett T3/T4E, 60 trim compressor, T3, 4 Bolt (2.5")
750 or 1000 injectors
255 walbro fuel pump
38mm tail wg
S300
Ebay piping and possibly D-pipe 3”
E85 !!

Do you think I’m shooting to high ? what would you do different to reach my goals ?

350whp is definitely within reach. Just get it tuned and you are good.

350 seems a bit high for stock b16, not that I have any experience. My gut just tells me that if you double the horsepower on a stock motor, it wont last very long.

Wrong...if tuned properly then it will last. I had a stock gsr running 400whp for over a year before I finally built it and turned the boost on up. If Tony is tuning it then you will be fine. Bottom line.

Well dang, maybe I will shoot for 300 as well... I was scared to go over 250 on a stock b16a. Mine is freshly rebuilt too.

350 on e85 will be more then fine. Especially with Tony tuning it. It will run for years and years. I'd go with at least 750cc's though, e85 requires 30% more fuel. The head stud suggestion is a good one too, do them one by one and you shouldn't have to even pull the head off.

that manifold will hold you back compared to a ramhorn manifold

especially with that turbo and a b16 you need a really efficient setup to get 350

The manifold will work fine for 350whp. There are plenty 400+whp setups running log manifolds. I know they aren't the best but they get the job done. I mean if you have the extra cash to fork out then by all means get a ramhorn or at least a mini-ram. If not then just stick with the log for now.

have you had a log manifold with a 60 trim on a b16? I have and let me tell you it wasnt easy to make 350, let alone with stock pistons etc

any thing you can do to make it more efficient will also help with making it last longer

Yeah, and ramhorn manifold looks way cooler anyway! Save up a bit!

ur good to go with the 350whp goal on the e85. u should get the 750s or even get 880s. Its will be a blast. Just blew my b16 on 19psi with a walbro, aem regulator and 450s on 93 pump. its was great while it lasted. now im building a motor and going e85 with 1200cc injectors and a goal of 450whp and a 10 sec time slip. good luck with ur build.

And stock pistons??? Whats the problem? People have made 500whp on stock pistons. Like I said...its all in the tuning.
