Default steam after spark plug check?!

So I figured it was time to check and replace my spark plugs after I went boost...pulled out the plug farthest from the dizzy and here is what I found.....

You can see a fine line of smoke/steam coming out...any ideas as to what the hell that could be? Never noticed it when I was N/A....thanks in advance, sorry if I missed it in a search, but I did search...also the cylinder farthest from the dizzy was the only one that the steam was visible.....
