How did you people mount your starion intercoolers??

you'll probably want to redo the end tanks to make them at a better angle (would also help to put some large Diameter end tanks).

The most popular way is UPSIDEDOWN so you can run the IC pipes like a standard spearco or greddy IC

you've already done what I suggested.

Have a shop fabricate some mounting flangers and bolt it up!

oh.. ok

you've already done what I suggested.

blahh its tooOoo Expensive to have aluminum welded

heres mine






instead of having brackets welded on thhe intercooler i just went to home depot and got some steel straps and made somethign similar to thihs, instead of welding it on there i basically made a " holder" to cradle the intercooler. i made 2 straight pieces comin out like that and a bar that went striaght across to add stability to it, so far it works great.

I just put some brackets (JB welded them) from Hope Depot on the edges and bolted it on to the bumper support

how much do those puppies way? Mine was custom but is pretty damn long 30x7x2.5 and only weighs 8lbs. So ran some heavy duty zip ties through it and bingo that thing ain't going no where!
