Default Standard A/R on max rev turbo kit??

I got the standard....is the exhuast usually a .48 A/R?

Wondering cuz I know most people wouldn't recommend a .48 unless they were just talking about .48 ar on the compressor side?

LMAO....I figured I would get a response like that....

I just want to know if I got the right turbo in my kit. I thought I remembered ordering a .63 a/r on the compressor side...but I can't find the paper I had the specs marked on...and the maxrev turbo sale thread is gone....

You say I got a smaller size down from a 57 trim....thought I ordered a 57 trim....

Paul, the exhuast does look small. It is going on a b series engine...most likely a b16. I had a turbonetics t3/to4b last time...and I swear this turbine looks smaller...

The more I think of it, the more I am certain I ordered a .63 A/R turbine....cuz I remember researching and .82 was too big...and .48 was too small...

I might be able to get a .63 turbine housing for you if you want....it's my buddy's car and he's using a d16a6 and might wanna get a .48a/r housing. It's brand new other than mounting it for a jig for the manifold.

As for teh compressor side, you got a .60 compressor housing like you're supposed to. look inside the compressor outlet to find out what trim wheel you got.

Now for some constructive feedback, sorry I couldn't resist...

It looks more or less the same size as mine and I got 60 trim .63 a/r...

Can't really tell for sure as its from a pic.

Dang it. I just looked back to my old post of what I ordered...this is the specs of the turbo I ordered.

T3/TO4E
.63 A/R turbine
Stage 3
.60 A/R Compressor
57 Trim Compresser Wheel

Hopefully Kyle can take care of this, he is a good guy.

Everyone hatin on my toes!

But no...the turbine is a .48. It is stamped on the housing .48, and the paperwork that came inclueded says a .48...plus the bag the turbo was in says 57 trim, .48 a/r. The compressor side is exactly what I ordered.

When you say look inside the compressor outlet are you talking about here?
