flange is different. Won't fit. must be custom made
turbo from SRT-4 is too small for a GS-R, only 33lbs/min and not worth the time to integrate it. Even the upgrades are smaller than a 49lbs/min 54mm 50 "trim"
Stop trying to go for these cheap boo-boo alternatives. you won't save any money. ;-)

Im curious how they get those engines to get 50 trims to make 450-500whp yet we hit a wall at around 450 ?

They're overpressurizing it way past efficency. They get to 500whp, but just barely... those cars actually spike to 500whp, but can't hold boost past about 450whp anyway. remember, all the testimony you get from those guys is a peak number, and not one they can hold consistently with that turbo... So Honda guys, we have nothing to worry about.

That has little to do with it when it comes to what he's referring to in terms of HP. Just because he has a larger displacement block, doesn't keep him from overstressing it. If anything the cylinder head isn't as efficient on an A853 as opposed to your common B-series Honda VTEC. It takes way more pressure to do on an A853 as you do with say, a B18C1. its typically maxed out, while a Honda with a properly matched turbo can do more.

Torque, however, is a different story.

the turbine hounsing it built into the manifold on them

those guys like to use torque spikes, maxing out those 15g's at 23-25psi and making 300whp and 400ft lbs
