Squirrel Performance turbo map calculator
Don't know if this has ever been posted, but seems to be very helpful. I don't know how accurate it is, but it has a nice selection of maps.

I hate those calculators. Like anyone knows their engine's VE. All I know is it's over 100% for turbocharged engines.
