Default springs and retainers

i not sure what brand of springs and retainers to go with on my turbo gsr engine. what kind of springs and retainers are you guys using?

anybody use skunk2 or omni power? what other kind of springs/retainers are you guys using?

revs...and they are VERY stiff ..they are a bitch to put in with a normal tool....skunk2 are nice and not as stiff

i just dropped my head off yesterday to get skunk springs/retainers. with the omnipower
flat face/back cut valves installed. ill let you know how it works out in like 2 weeks.

in my race engine and my buddies race engine we use the full ferrea setup. and have had the engines up to 12k with no problems my personal engine has probably around 2k miles on the valvetrain. and the other race engine has been down the track about 10times and on the dyno around 20 or more pulls.

im rollin with manley, dual titanium valve springs, and retainers...so far, so good.
