the first thing you should learn is to ask questions w/ a real question in them....

20psi is a completely different thing from turbo to turbo....make your goals based on HP not PSI

I got a spoon on my head but dont call me a spoonhead.

Seriously though, hes probably refering to a gsr head built by spoon, they build full engines, so he has the head from one.

My bet is that he was misinformed or is bullshittin out his ***.

just for reference spoon usually just installs new pistons and keeps the stock rods so in terms of making a ton of power on a spoon block, it just wont happen, the tuning will be more finicky because of the higher static compression and as i said before it essentially has stock internals...

yes i am 99% sure they are, someone correct me if i am wrong, all a spoon engine is a balanced and blueprinted type-r block with slightly higher compression...

Not as much as 3 t66 turbos with nos.Even tho theres a higher chance of blowing the welds on the intake manifold with them.

lets not forget the tuna sandwich either guys.

i think i know what happened here:
OP saw and ad for used car
car was a rice rocket
OP had seen F&F 1,2, and 3
seller tells OP car has spoon head
motor is in fact blown

am i right?

and yes spoon motors are balanced factory motors. they are used in races that do not allow internal mods like forged rods and pistons. therefore you got owned
