Default Spool up time?

Hey u guys running turbos what turbos are u using (specs) and what kind of compression on what motors? At what rpm do u have full boost? I am thinking of 8.5:1 or 9.0:1 JE's with a t3/to4e or a t3/60-1 on my B18C5, my goal is between 400-500 whp. Will there be too must lag with 8.5:1? Any suggestions?

T4 60-1 ball bearing .70a/r
B18C1 9.1:1 arias pistons
Full boost around 4500 rpm
You wouldn't have to much lag on the T3 60-1, but it wouldn't matter, once you get into the top end it's could very easily be over for the other guy unless he's running something better.
